Bong is an active media, advertising and PR practitioner, advocacy stalwart, marketing communications educator and journalist rolled into one. He has worked with multinational advertising agencies like J. Walter Thompson, Ace Saatchi, DYR Alcantara and Campaigns and Grey. He now works as a Corporate Communications and PR Consultant for private and government organizations among others after retiring as Senior Vice President and Head of the Communications Division of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation.

Bong was president of Campaigns Advocacy & PR, Inc. (CAPRI) for 18 years, and chairman of the communication arts department of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) for 17 years. He was the 2002 Philippine Marketing Association’s Agora Awardee for Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Education and was recognized with The Tomasian Alumni (TOTAL) award in the field of media and communication by UST.

Bong writes a weekly business and life column in The Philippine Star, entitled Commonness, which has won the Catholic Mass Media Award (CMMA) as Best Business column three times.

Bong is a product of the Communication Arts course at the UST and the MBA program of the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business. He has also trained at the Communications Center of the Johns Hopkins University in Maryland; the Center for Advertising Services in New York City; Academy for Educational Development (AED), George Washington University, APCO and Porter Novelli all in Washington DC.

Bong was the president of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Philippine Chapter for two years, and the IABC Regional Director for Asia-Pacific for one year. At present, he is a member of the Board of Governors of the Manila Overseas Press Club (MOPC), a Trustee for Academe of the Advertising Foundation of the Philippines (AFP), Council Member of the National Council for Children’s Television (NCCT), member of the International PR Association (IPRA) and a two-term President of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP).

He moved back to the Philippines in 1991 to start Match Data Systems, which he sold to Great Plains Software in 1999 and then Microsoft in 2003.Joey was President of the Philippine Software Industry Association in 2013 and 2014, and now serves as a Director or Coach for several companies and foundations, such as SERVIO Technologies, Xurpas, Kat-ion, Aide, Cognitv, Coders Guild, the Computer Science Scholarship Fund, and the Mijares-Gurango Craniofacial Foundation.

As founder and CEO, Mongaya oversaw PRWorks take on clients like Globe Telecom, GCash, Kepco-SPC Power Corp., Airasia, Tiger Air Taiwan, Maybank, BPI, Ayala Malls Capitol Central Bacolod, Flexi Finance, DOTr, Cebu Landmasters Inc., Ascott Citadines and Ford Philippines.

Charo started her career in 1998 as a broadcast journalist with ABS-CBN and ANC. She holds a BA in Journalism from the University of the Philippines-College of Mass Communication; took post-graduate studies at University of the Philippines; and earned a Master in Business Administration degree from the Ateneo de Manila University - Graduate School of Business. She is also a Reserve Officer of the Armed Forces of the Philippines where she holds the rank of Captain.

Prashant Saxena is a senior insights leader with more than a decade of experience with top Fortune 100 brands. At Isentia, he is responsible for leading insights in the S.E Asia region.

An alumni of ASEAN Leadership Programme, he has also been selected as one of the top 30 marketing researchers by European Association of Consumer Research. He frequently shares his thoughts as a speaker at PR, market research and marketing analytics conferences in Asia and has been quoted by leading mainstream media in Asia including The Straits Times, Singapore Business Review, and Campaign Asia-Pacific. One of his recent works has been awarded Grand-prix from AMEC (International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication).

Prashant holds a double Masters degree from National University of Singapore, Indian Institute of Technology respectively and spent time at University of Cambridge Entrepreneurship Centre under their flagship IGNITE programme.
